2008 Services Fees
Please be advised that effective January 1st 2008 we have new service fees.
The new fees are $50 per first 30 minutes then $50 per hour or part thereof
after that.
All freight to and from MTI is to be orgnised by you, the customer. We are no
longer offering freight service due to some bad experiences in late 2007 where
we were held responsible for late delivery by freight companies. We will advise
you when your goods are ready to be picked up so that you can arrange
collection by your own nominated freight company.
All goods that need to be sent for repair are to be accompanied by a “Request
for Repair Form” which can be faxed to you or can be printed off our website. If
a request for repair form does not accompany the goods, repairs will not be
started until a completed form has been received.
Unless otherwise approved by MTI Management, all repairs are to be paid for by
credit card before the goods will be released.
